Flights are booked and we are a mere 2 weeks away from the festivities.
Everyone who is coming in from another state will be flying into the Beautiful Orlando International Airport. We will jump in some Ubers to our Airbnb in Kissimmee, FL. It has 15 rooms and 15 bathrooms, with locks on all doors so no worries, it is JUST like a hotel that way.
Wednesday night we will either have a grill our at the place, or go out to a local dinner in Kissimmee.
Thursday we will wake up and make breakfast and start the meeting at 9am in the living room.
Thursday we will try to wrap around ~3 to get to the Epcot Food and Wine festival and see some of the Disney sights.
Thursday after the meetings we will take some Ubers into the Disney Craze and hit up the Food and Wine Festival for some team bonding. We are assuming the crowds will be better on Thursday versus Friday. Fingers Crossed.
Friday Night to celebrate John's birthday we will be going to dinner at Hamburger Mary's. It is a special Friday night edition of Dining with the Divas, where we get to have dinner and watch a drag show. Seating for our party is at 7:00, or we will be charged, and the show is at 8:00. There is a 2 drink minimum so let's get our money's worth.
