If time, hike a smaller trail at Zion. Camp overnight. In the morning, hike Angel's Landing (!!!!!!) or another long-ish trail. In the afternoon take the shuttle along the scenic route. Camp overnight at Zion.
In the morning, drive to Bryce. Drive the 18 mile scenic route, starting at Rainbow and working your way back to the park entrance. Hike the 1 mile Sunset Point Trail. Drive to Moab.
Drive 18 mile scenic route. In the evening, do a sunset hike (start 1.5-2 hours before sunset) at Delicate Arch. Camp overnight at Canyonlands.
Sunrise at Mesa Arches. Pit stop in Dead Horse State Park? Camp overnight in Arches or Canyonlands.
Drive to Monument Valley. Do a Navajo Spirit Guides tour (Sunrise, 9 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, Sunset---aim for Sunrise or 9 am). Drive to Navajo National Monument.
Hike the rim trails and visit the visitor's center. Drive to Page.
Hike Horseshoe Bend. Plenty of time in Page for resting. Either camp in Page or drive to the Grand Canyon.
Book a tour of the Upper Canyon. Prime light ray time is 11-1, but these will be most crowded times.
Return van to Vegas, catch flight home!
