From Hwy 101 in Seaside, go west on 12th Ave to the Beach Parking lot- turn left and The Tradewinds will be directly in front of you.
Guests are asked to wash, dry, and put away any kitchenware items used. Our Housekeepers will take care of everything else! The black remote with white buttons is for the Digital Cable TV- Make sure TV remote is cycled to the correct input- either HDMI or Cable/Antennae. Should you need any additional Houseware item please inquire at the office. WiFi is free and secure (password required). Some window blinds are heavy- please use caution when raising or lowering! Smoking is not allowed either inside or directly outside of any unit. Please note check in time is 3pm to 7pm- if arriving late contact the office for check in instructions. Quiet time is at the property is 10am, please adjust volumes accordingly! Should you require Housekeeping service (stays 2 days or longer) please put out front door placard before 10am- service is 10am-12noon. Extra towels, coffee, beach blankets, beach toys, skewers, discount coupons, etc. may be picked up at the office anytime during office hours. Please ensure BBQ's are turned off after use! In those units that allow pets, they must not be left unattended at any time. Enjoy your stay!
