My husband, cat, and I took off from living in Hawaii for 2 years to hitting the open road. Starting in CA and working our way east to NC. We have never been east of IL so we will be in new territory and looking forward to it.

Newton will be our last stop for a few months. We will get to work and explore the east like never before
Lexington will be our stop on a Tuesday in Aug 2016. Only 2 more days till we hit the road for this town. After doing lots of research we thought we would stop here to learn more about the possibility of moving here.

pretty but over crowded. I could have passed on this stop in colorado springs.
SD is a must see. I cannot say more than "start planning your trip."
A fun place to set up a tent and walk around to several waterfalls.
The most beautiful spot i have been. Try and avoid going during summer to beat the heat.
We still have 2 more stops to make before the end of this 4 month long road trip. It has been epic I am so glad i did it with my man and my cat. We were blessed to just have done one of the many things we got to do this summer.
