This trip is all about beauty, history and maybe even a little geocaching.

Amarillo was my home for many years and it's truly a great place. It's the home of the free 72 oz. steak at the Big Texan (if eaten within an hour) and the Cadillac Ranch. Also just outside of Amarillo is Palo Duro Canyon, the 2nd largest canyon is the Untied States. I can also tell you that Amarillo has the prettiest sunsets that I've ever seen.

I fell in love with Santa Fe the first time I went. It has beautiful mountain views. It's where the Loretto Chapel, with it's mysterious staircase, is located and also happens to be home to the oldest church in the Untied States, San Miquel Mission.

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, United States

Yellowstone national park is one of the most beautiful places in the United States.

Ever since I was introduced to the state by the movie The Goonies I have been fascinated with Oregon. The past couple of years I've been reading about the Oregon trial and try to imagine what it must have been like for the people making the trek to their new home.

Seattle is just amazing. It's absolutely beautiful with it's mountains and forests. My favorite thing about Seattle is that it's where the Geocaching headquarters are located!
