Eric & I decided to take a road trip with our 2011 Toyota Sienna van to Glacier National Park.
Corvallis, Oregon, United States
We had a very stressful year and needed to unwind. A road trip seemed to be the answer.
Albany, Oregon, United States
We packed that morning making sure the house was in order to leave. Went to the annual Birkenstock sale before we left.
I was so tired I slept in the back of the van while Eric drove 2 hours in traffic.
White Salmon, Washington, United States
We decided to buy postcards for the granddaughters and mail them each day as we go along our way.
It's cherry season and Riggleman's fruit stand is the place to get them.
Hood River, Oregon, United States
The Air BNB is amazing one bedroom cabin facing forest land. You truly feel your in the middle of no where.
Bettie's Place seriously has the best cinnamon rolls we ever had.
We enjoyed riding in a Model T and Stanley Steamer
They make a good pear salad. Eating outdoors and seeing the gorgeous mountains is worth the stop.
It might be worth getting the year pass for $30.
Great museum, worth going to.
Amazing place, in a great setting.
So worth going, it's free and a great tribute to men who lost their lives in World War 1
Kid friendly, educational about Agriculture in Oregon
Nice campground, has what you need. Cabins are nice, because they don't hear the road noise of HWY 80
Pendleton, Oregon, United States
I was so tired today after walking through the air and car museum I took a nap in the van, while Eric walked through the museum again.
The underground tour is not for kids, I learned things I wish I hadn't learned.
The interpretive center is a great museum, we were there an hour and probably could have spent a little bit more time.
It takes so long to get here. Natural beauty, it rained on us, and we saw a black bear.
Good coffee, service is slow.
Steak house, very busy...we ate side dishes.
