The Silver Screen Movie Museum had it's origins in 1966 as a museum devoted to the actors and makeup artists which gave us the classic fantasy and sci-fi films of the past. It has been touted by "Entertainment Tonight" as the longest running exhibit of it's kind, and has also been featured on "CNN" and many other national television programs. In 1998, the museum received it's 501(c)-3 non-profit status.
