Description
May 10th, 2021: RVer reports that Overnight RV Parking is allowed, confirming multiple reports from May 2019 & earlier, & info provided by CT Dept of Tourism. Open 24 hours year-round. There are only 10 bus spaces, & RVs longer than the spaces cannot use them without blocking traffic lanes. In addition, there are only 20 truck spaces -- 12 back-ins and 8 parallel to one curb or the other; RVer reports that most or all truck spaces were full; multiple satellite images over the past several years show the same thing. Restrooms, gift shop, food court (seats 200), picnic tables, BBQ grilles. Dog walk area (unfenced triangular grass area) just before you reach auto lot. Dump station has been removed. State tourism dept says welcome center is staffed daily from 8am, but May 2019 RVer says there was nobody at the tourism desk. Contact Info: (203) 655-8289
