Nice pet friendly place. They offered courtesy tank emptying if you weren’t fully hooked up to sewer. They had a pool area that was on the small side however it wasn’t open as was early in the year. Enjoyable stay though.

Very nice campground. The staff was beyond helpful and engaged. The facilities were clean, well lit and modern enough. We had a pull through site that I had to back out of because the neighbor’s sites were too close. I was at the max length for our site (less than 30’ and we’re about 29’) and didn't have enough clearance to swing either direction. Not a big challenge but worth noting. The WiFi was spotty at best. There was a short hayride for the kids and an ice cream social. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a well kept campground with friendly staff. The restroom and showers were clean and nice. We had a water and electric only site for $31.06 per night with KOA member discount. The major downside here is a train that runs right by the campground with an unpredictable schedule. One came through around midnight one night blowing it's horn. Just beware. I'd probably still come back for a night or two if in the area. AT&T dragged a bit, but Verizon did pretty well. The campground wifi was not awesome, but not worse than any other campground. Don't expect to rely on it.

I actually enjoyed the campground, my 4 stars were due to a noisy train including in the middle of the night. I’m usually ok with trains, they don’t bother me but this one was a little much.

This park was nice enough. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Our site was a tad on the small side for our fifth wheel and truck. The fifth wheel fit fine but no matter where we parked the truck it was always sticking out a little bit. Bathrooms were clean, showers are unisex. Laundry room was clean ($2.50/wash) and I forget how much to dry but all machines worked great. The only downside to this campground is the train that runs right next to it. It runs ALL hours of the day and night and it honks its horn 3 times every time it goes by. I also thought it was a little expensive for what it was. With that being said, we travel to explore the surrounding area, not for the park amenities. We only stayed here because there was nothing else available due to it being the air show weekend, we wanted to be closer to Duluth. So if you have kids and want stuff for them to do, the pool, playground and game room are probably great and you don't mind paying for them.

Skinny sites, our slideouts stuck out on the neighbor's air space. Not excited about no sewer hookups at the site. Saving grace was there was a dump station at the office.

A few nice premium sites and many average sites. Rather soggy after a heavy rain. Hook ups were in standing water. Train runs by the side of the park. There were 2 during the night. We camped at Cloquet / Duluth KOA Journey in a Motorhome.
