Small and quiet. It was not full the night we stayed and it was a bit rainy. The walk to town is not too bad. Easy walk to the Saturday farmers market
Nice place as a base to explore Franklin. I did have trouble finding it as the gps does take you the wrong way. The staff had warned me about that so it wasn’t a surprise. Once I found the campground access was very easy. The small loop was well kept and everything was clean. The site itself was level and everything was in working order.

We stayed at this park for two months while we visited with family. If we hadn’t had family in the area we would have left after the first month. Downtown Franklin is walking distance (uphill) with places to eat. Pay attention to hours/days places are open - it’s a typical small town and stores close for any reason at any time. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would stay again.

Super nice, well shaded, 30 amp power, very nice host. Help parking our 38’ Class A. Built in super clean BBQ grill with picnic table. Excellent wifi. Good AT&T cell service. Nice and cool under the shade trees. I was amazed that the place was not full. Great place to stay and we will be back.
