We did not like this park because of the trees and the price.
This is a huge park with a water park, pool and many amenities. Would have rated a 10 except for the price and trees. We were there for an Entegra Rally and had a wonderful time, but had it not been for that we would have been bored. There is no sightseeing in the area. We would not return because $95.00 is too much to pay for any park. Site with grass for $85, but if you want a paved site it is $95. Had good wifi, but could not get satellite because of the trees. They do have cable.

So we did a drive through of this RV resort believing it was part of the Thousand Trails/ Trails Collection Encore park which allows you to stay for up to 14 days in most parks for no charge as a part of you TT membership benefit.

Well I am here to tell you, as they told us in no uncertain terms,,,, THEY ARE NOT an Encore resort and NOT affiliated with TT or Encore WHATSOEVER!!!.

We drove in an got to talking with one of the ladies in the sales office.. They sell new and used set up RV's and now the Park Models you see that look like a tiny house. They are considered annual use units from April till mid Nov when the places mostly closed for the winter.

This is a huge park with lots of spaces for transit and non transit units, and they have several different size cabins for rent as well.

They are a small city with stores, water slides, swimming pools, basketball courts etc on site. When asked about a rate sheet was told they do not have set prices.. they are demand driven prices..

take for instance when the Oyster festival in the local town, which is a big deal it seem, the prices goes from like $45 dollars a night (weekday in oct) for a large site to $120 a night and they pack 2 units on one large site.

Information on the site map mentions a $4 dollar a day "resort Fee" on less than monthly stays.. so just beware the price is higher than stated..
"All of our sites are full hook-up with water, sewer, 30 & 50 AMP electrical service, cable TV and WiFi. From shade to sun, grass to patio, pull through to back in, all of our sites were made for your enjoyment.

Super sites also include paved parking, concrete patio, fire rings, free-standing grills, large picnic tables, and 50 amp service."

The annual rates for the different sections range from $5800 to $6400 a year.. WOW..

its a super nice place and looks like a lot of fun. The spots are wide somewhat flat but most are grass and when it rains some of them hold water for a bit. If the prices was a bit less I might be a better place in my mind.

The roads around the area are paved and nice with wide approaches so getting in and out dont see to be a big deal.

One review commented on the trees.. there are a lot of trees which appear to have been purposely planted years ago between each camp spot.. They are on the line that reflect the meter and hook up base as the "line" between sites. They are now hugh pines so the amount of sun and sat signal will be limited.. the transit sites of which there are a lot all have FHU and cable TV hookups so that helps somewhat.

T mobile was decent in some areas and non existence in other. suspect verizon and ATT to be better.

Big take away as this is NOT and encore usage park in any way shape or form.

They are sister to Grays Point Campground which we did not go see and they are listed as Encore usage with TT and are NOT.. and have the same "resort fee". buyer beware. :)

We stayed here in mid October 2020 for the Dodd RV Rally. Bethpage is a really big park with a lot going on. If you are looking for a quite laid back experience this is probably not it. The park has a lot of seasonal sites and like many parks we have seen lately teens, seem to love driving golf carts around blasting music night and day. We don't mind it much and honestly it looks like they are having a great time, but I could see how some would not be so happy. Our site was fairly level and rather spacious. In other parks they would have fit two RVs on the site. We had a 30 amp site with water and sewer and power was good. The site was grass and fairly level. For the size of the park there were only three bathhouses. They were updated but due to the amount of people using them, they weren't exactly clean when we visited them. While we usually choose to use the bathhouse showers we chose to use the one in our rig. They have a very nice store and every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. At the far end of the park is a short rocked road that leads to a miniature golf course and Ice creamery. Well worth a visit. While not taking part in the rally we headed into the small town of Urbanna and had a nice look around. We recommend the food at Something Different. If you stop try the Buttermilk pie! The second day of our stay it poured and our site became a lake. We had two to three inches of water across the whole site. Thankfully we have four wheel drive cause we needed it to get out. We left some deep ruts and my rig had a bunch of mud on the front, so beware. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we look forward to returning in the future.

We were here to judge a BBQ contest. The site was grassed and a decent size. There were only 3 bathhouses were clean but they were not to close to our site. There are a lot of folks that live here all the time and a ton of kids riding around in golf carts with loud boom box music. Site was fairly level

This is our second visit to this campground. If you have kids, there are several different amenities to keep them busy. The grounds are very well cared for and facilities are clean. But, a couple things that cause me to downgrade their rating. Just like our first visit, the kids cruising around in the golf carts, at top speed and at top volume is ridiculous!! There is no enforcement over this AT ALL. Not to be mistaken by the normal golf cart parades we all participate in at other 5 star parks. This way too loud, too late at night, with kids unsupervised racing around all hours. It shouldn’t be that way!

They are expanding the park adding more lots for more campers. This is a good thing. However, they need to fix the flooding issues on their existing lots before they build new. 50% of their lots flood with just a little bit of rain. Terrible! Come on guys!

Lastly, don’t waste your money on the premium paved lots. They literally are on top of each other with no space to sit out. If you have slides and open them, you will likely open into your neighbors living space. Crazy. The regular lots are much larger and roomy. Just all muddy.

We were here for Oyster Fest 2021 in Urbanna VA. It was a great time. Arrived on Wed and departed Sunday. Wed and Thursday was light but by Friday it was nuts to butts. Oyster Fest weekend is one of the only weekends that they double book sites but there is enough room and everyone still has full hookups so no issues there. Its a rowdy time so if you go to bed at 8PM you should pack ear plugs. Otherwise everyone was great and met a ton of likeminded thinkers... Lets just say "LetsGoBrandon" was heard a few times... LOL.

Arrival was great, was met at the gate by a staff member in a cart who took us to our spot and we were able to pull through which was nice.

If you come bring a rake because the pine trees put straw everywhere... Sites are level but if it rains they can get pretty muddy.

Cable TV worked fine for me but some others couldn't get it to work.

They are doing some significant upgrades/construction so that should be very nice when they are done. 200 new sites, new store, pools, etc.... Would like to come back in the summer and fish the ponds so see how they are.

We were here with 12 other folks in 6 other RV's. We will be back for Oyster Fest next year.
