Phillips RV is a really nice cG with amenities close by. We stayed one night and we're really happy. Sites have grass areas with plenty of trees and a decent playground for the kids.
Family owned and operated since 80's. Very pleasant owners who work hard to maintain. Lovely mature trees on each site with grass in between. Nice shower area and laundry. Sites are gravel and level. Great place to unwind after long drive through southern Wyoming. Wifi is okay. Cable had recently been damaged in storm so few channels on antenna.

We stopped here on our way across Wyoming for an overnight. It's a decent RV park with a mom and pop feel and a long history. As other reviewers have noted, the park is a welcome oasis of shade and greenery for this area. We used the laundromat, which was clean and functional. Good spot for a layover, but not a destination in and of itself.

This is an in-city RV Park just off of route 80. So the serenity is going to be limited. It's been in business and family owned since the 1930s, so I can only imagine how the area has changed. Even though it's a city RV park, the owners do a terrific job of keeping it as countrified as possible. There are lots of trees, a nice dog walking area, and it's spotlessly clean. Even though we were there only days before they close for the season, they were busy picking up leaves. Check in was smooth and the service was great. While it's not really a destination park, it made our trip along the way far more enjoyable than we expected. There is a train and a highway closeby, so it is noisy during the day. The train seemed to stop running at night, though, and of course the highway quieted down. We had no trouble sleeping.

Nice RV Park, clean with enough space. My water spigot was locked and they couldn’t find the key. Luckily I had two hoses and tap into the guys spigot next to me. A bunch of kids were racing dirt bikes about 50’ from our spot. Very noisy. Trains pass about 500’ every hour, noisy but not too bad. Interstate about 700’ away, noisy but least offensive of all the noise makers.
Grass was green but I could see a lot of stickers growing but haven’t turned hard yet so it wasn’t bothering my dogs feet. I can see where it will be a big problem in a month or two.
Great WiFi. Most spots are pull through but why would they lock the water spigots. Never seen that before.
We are in a 18’ trailer.

Well maintained with mature trees, green grass and gravel pads. We had no problem with train noise. Never heard any in our Airstream with a fan running. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly family run operation. Good WIFI on site. Great Mexican food 1 block away at Don Padro’s. Just off the interstate.

We will defiantly be back. The lilac bushes were stunning and the grass was lush these owners take pride in their park and keep it up the highest standards. Super level site, everything was spotless! Good cable, we couldn't get the wifi to work but didn't care. The history of the property is great and its very convenient to the interstate.

Nice level and treed lots.Big beautiful trees that provide much needed shade.
Very clean,, although dated restrooms. But in in my opinion odd restrooms, no place to get undressed and dressed except in the showers themselves or in the open room?!? No place to put a bag of toiletries or keep clothes dry, not even hooks. And no ADA compliant restroom or shower. Never saw such a setup.
Very noisy, with trains going by and interstate behind the park. Also has some kind of trucking business next door with trucks coming and going dropping off and picking up trailers.
Wifi worked and cable TV worked. Great little family run campground.

We were looking for hot showers, a level pull through and easy access and found it here.
Very clean (very!) park with spotless bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Just what we needed after boondocking near Salt Lake City.
Some road & train noise, but not enough to bother us. Someone else on Campendium complained that there’s no separate changing area by the shower, but with the cleanliness & HOT water, I couldn’t care less. Guess I’m just not that modest 😆
