Very nice campground, RV sites were level, nice shade. Bathrooms were clean and well kept, showers cost a quarter for each 6 minutes.

Was just searching for a quick overnight when I found this and i'm glad I did. Nice facilities, little dated, but very clean. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful with info I was looking for.

After a day of driving thru horrible weather, our hosts could not have been nicer and more willing to help. Clean campground all around, fantastic WiFi and great location near I-90.

We stayed here on a whim and would stay again! This adorable campground was clean and quiet with friendly owners. The pool was a bit cold, but the kids really enjoyed the playground and meditation labyrinth. Easy to get in and out of campsites, and each site is carefully maintained to keep it level. The view of the sunset is picturesque.
Only drawback is paying for a shower, but it’s only a quarter.

We pulled in late on the 24th of July. Hosts were waiting on us and had cookies from a local bakery to offer. They walked us through all the details for check in and drove us to our site.
We were able to get connected up and even met a few friendly neighbors outside.
Great spot for an overnighter, and the sunset was beautiful!

We stayed here for two weeks, working during the weekdays and visiting Sioux Falls on the weekend (which is about 35 minutes to the east). Sites are very level, and there’s a decent amount of space between sites. The sites are gravel mixed with some dirt, while the roads are more hard-packed dirt with some gravel: there’s no danger of getting stuck in any mud, but it does mean you’ll want to wipe your feet a little before entering your camper after it rains. There’s no dedicated dog park, but plenty of open, grassy spaces on the borders of the campground to walk your four-legged family members. There’s a pool and a playground near the office building, which is home to a small store, bathrooms, and a laundry room.
I rely on strong cell signals for my work. With my Verizon Jetpack hotspot and a MIMO antenna, I got 5 bars with download speeds between 15-20Mbps and upload speeds around 15Mbps, which was good enough to stream TV. My AT&T cell phone had between 3 and 4 bars of service.
The campground is pretty quiet. There is some road noise from the road that goes past the entrance (more from the speed of the cars than the amount of them), but that dies down in the evening. The park is surrounded by farmland, but the small town of Salem is only 4 minutes away and has a Dollar General and local supermarket.
Owners Rob and Polly live on site and take care of their campers. Rob helped us out with a DIY repair when we ran into a snag that required a tool we didn’t have. If they have to shut off the water due to below-freezing temps, they make sure to give all the campers plenty of warning. If we’re in the Sioux Falls area again, we’ll be staying there if we can.

We stopped here after a very long day on the road. Called ahead to see if they had a spot. Not only did they wait up for us but gave us a yummy ice cream bar treat to end our long day on a sweet note! It sometimes is the small things that make a difference in your day.
Sites are level, well maintained with nice soft grass, picnic table and fire ring. WiFi was an added bonus with good speeds.

The sites were nice and level and it had plenty of trees and a fire pit. There is a community feel here. There was a laundry site and we had full hookups. Truly a wonderful maintained needed stop on our way to the black hills.

Just 1.5 miles north of I90 is a quiet, serene campground with very friendly folks. I stayed last year as well and had to come back again this year.
