This is a beautiful park with grass lawns everywhere. The property rises gently up a slope. The staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool looked very nice but we did not use it. We stayed in a full hookup pull through site (#18) that was level in the front 2/3's of the site, but sloped off quite a bit at the back 1/3. We exited onto 2nd street, which was bit higher than the site, so we had to make sure our air suspension was fully inflated as we were concerned the front end of the rig would drag. We were told this site was satellite friendly, but we were not able to lock onto all of the Dish satellites because of a tree in the way. WiFi and water pressure was average. Roads were easily navigable. Highway 26 from I-80 to the campground is a bit narrow.
This is a nice campground. Friendly staff and well kept amenities. Recommend getting a larger site than needed. A lot of the site are very small and not level of you need the entire spot.

We have stayed here many times over many years. The campground has improved over the years we have stayed here and the owners do a great job of keeping the sites clean and neat. The newer shower house is very clean and modern. There are many wooded sites as well as open sites. Utilities work well.
There is very easy access to State College and all that is has to offer.
The hay ride is fun for kids.
Don't pass this one up...

We arrived on Saturday 4th of July weekend and campground was crowded as expected. We were placed in I’m guessing the “newer section” but our sirte was not a premium site and there was nothing level about it. I did admire the more expensive sites which came with grills a level concrete pad, and table and chairs. We made due with what we had and after the weekend warriors left we had almost no one around us which was very nice. The road noise from I-80 was present but not overwhelming. I would not mind staying here again, the owner and staff were very friendly and kept everything clean.

Happy with our deluxe pull through site (104) which had a nice view and far away from other sites. No contact check-in. Great stay!

This KOA is the definition of what you expect at KOA. Great family atmosphere, well kept, and the sites were clean. Site 77 was secluded with foliage, a nice hideaway. Other highlights were the pool area was open and clean with lots of chairs, and the bathhouse was updated and spacious.
We enjoyed many local sites, such as downtown State College, Penn State Creamery, Rothrock State Forest, and Harvest Fields Community Trails. We would definitely return!!

We actually stayed in one of the cabins on the property as our trailer was in for service. Really nice koa. The lots are very nice. Staff very friendly. Camp store really nice as well. There is a huge box bike track at the front of the park like no other. Probably not for youngsters but a teen would have a ball on this track!!!

Easy hop right off RT 80! This was a one night stopover for us and probably the most impressive amenities I’ve seen in a KOA so far. Loved the bike park and pump track- it was totally unique and well maintained. The bounce pillow was in excellent condition and had an attendant. The wooden playground was GORGEOUS! Store was very cute and stocked. Staff was helpful. Only con, our FHU pull through site was very close to other sites and on a steep hill. We managed to stay hitched up but it was challenging. That said, we will def stay here again.
