Iconic Attraction
Our Take
The combination of Art Deco architecture, vintage Americana, hot rods, Cuban influence, and overt sexiness might seem like a mishmash of vibes that wouldn’t blend together, but South Beach makes it work. Its status as a tourist attraction actually is a big part of why it's worth visiting: people come here to be seen, whether they're dressed up to be noticed, or driving a flashy car. The other good thing? There are tons of great little cafes where you can grab a seat and a snack and take in all of the people-watching. Whether you love it or hate it, there’s no denying that the neighborhood has a strong personality that you won’t soon forget.
