I do wish the cabin was a little cleaner when we arrived I brought clorox whipes and cleanned the bathroom before use.
Nice park,as others have said lots for the kids to do. Pool and bathhous were relatively clean . Most of the staff were friendly, one old guy driving around being the “bad cop”. All and all good place but interstate noise is loud .

This was a painless experience. Close to the highway, but not so close up the road noise is overwhelming. You can book online, no worries if you arrive after hours. Lots of price points to match your exact needs.
Campsites have a patch of grass, a fire pit, and a picnic table. We had our choice of spots on the row on the far left which is reserved for shorter vehicles. These have trees and some privacy, unlike the center of the camp.
Restrooms were OK. Could use a cleaning. Free WiFi worked fine. You can upgrade for $5.
The pool of course is closed because of COVID. They have a small store, I was a little shocked to find the cashier was not wearing a mask. Apparently they are not aware that South Dakota is a major hotspot right now.

Typical campground. Pulled in day before Memorial Day. Must have grabbed the last spot. Kids and people everywhere. Cleared out during the week, was actually kinda nice. Super level. All the connections. Place is run by a bunch of teens so there's no enforcing rules. There was these 11 yr old kids driving the golf carts around doing donuts. Went up to the office to ask if they could sign something saying they would pay for damages to my rig if it was hit. I guess they didn't like that idea, and got the kids off the golf carts.
You can definitely hear and see the freeway, but it was 1000 degrees so we had the A/C on and you can't hear it then.

The best site at the park was 212. We stayed there for 5 days and had a great time. Unfortunately, it was during the fires in Canada and the West side of South Dakota so our air quality was very poor. But, that's not the campgrounds fault. A lot of traffic noise as it is right off the freeway, but other than that there was plenty to do and see here. The kid activities were great and their calendar was full of things to do. Their pool was a bit cloudy at the time of our visit but everyone in the campground was there since the temps exceeded 100 degrees. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bruce and his son Ray both were involved and you could see one or the other at the campground at all times. Very hands-on. The facilities were clean overall, and the general store was well stocked with food and knick-knacks. Wi-Fi was solid and stable, slow at times, but overall we were able to stay off of our Cellular Data while there. We would go back.

We were here at the beginning of the season and it was cold and rainy. Campground was quiet and clean.
We did have some wonky water issues where we couldn’t maintain water pressure. The manager told us they had just turned on the water and were getting things going for the season because it had been so cold.
Internet worked fine for email and Netflix.
Laundry room was clean and washers/dryers worked well. Reasonable priced.

Four little girls had two different males at the campsite next to us expose their penis to them. Management did NOT address the situation. Once we got settled in our campsite, almost immediately an older gentleman started urinating towards four young girls, myself and a male friend with us. His penis was exposed and when the male friend yelled at him to stop the gentleman did not and continue to urinate and expose his penis to us. The man did not apologize. I then called the front desk and the manager said they would address the situation. The only logical thing to do would have been to remove the party from the premises. However, the manager said if they do it again let her know and she would talk to the man. The manager’s response was completely inappropriate. The he man was staring at the little girls making them very uncomfortable. The next morning another gentleman at the campsite did the exact same thing!! It’s almost funny to them very pedophile and disgusting. We decided to leave the campsite and depart from our trip early. When canceling we told the manager that we didn’t have the best experience and she didn’t even ask why or offer to try and make it right. On top of this the swimming pool and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!
