Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on July 21, 2021I tent camp when I’m not backpacking. This has many decent RV sites and is a family oriented campground in the Finger Lakes region of New York. It is rather close to Rte 14 and traffic noise was an issue, but has a pool, playgrounds for the kids and a bit of river for fishing or splashing in. My tent site (120) did not have a fire ring or picnic table, but most of the other sites do. I felt it to be somewhat expensive for what I got (tent site) but it’s probably in line with other local camping. The families around me seemed happy and it was a safe place to stay.

We stayed just one night while on a cross country trip. It’s a beautiful property for those desiring a full hookup experience with amenities. We generally prefer to be closer to nature, but really appreciate the little bit of comfort to rejuvenate in a peaceful setting. I’m looking forward to an early morning swim before hitting the road. Lots of families and permanent summer residents.
It’s conveniently located right off the highway.

Not sure what this campground would be like during the busy season but it was a beautiful 1 night stay as we were passing through during the off season. I felt it was a little on the expensive side for just the power and water but it's probably because of the fingerlakes region. My only complain was I was concerned driving into the campground as there were a lot of junk cars/campers at the entrance so I was worried, but the sites ended up being green and pretty view. The bathhouse looks great from the outside but very outdated on the inside...but clean. Not sure I would have used it though. We did have to change sites as the hookups for the first site were on the wrong side so that was a little confusing. Over all we enjoyed our evening here.

Half of the park is seasonal campers and mostly they were friendly and respectful of other campers until early evening when they turned on their music -exceedingly loud. So loud! I can’t believe people didn’t complain. I’m ok with music but this really spoiled the stay. Thankfully it was turned off at 10. Would definitely stay again if there was just a little noise control. Didn’t use restrooms or pool.
