Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on November 14, 2022Great little campground, full hookup (water, electric, dump at each site [didnt expect dump since other reviews didn’t mention it), quiet, “mobile home” aspect was a non-factor, a couple full-timers that live there with really nice RV’s.
If you need an overnight spot, especially one close to OBX, this is it.

Clean, flat parking and Mr Pierce (host and owner) is a true Southern gentleman. Very quiet, green, restful place. I just wish we had time to stay longer!

After being approached by two people at Walmart, who appeared to be struggling with addiction issues (house burned down, rotted teeth - I'm a substance abuse counselor, so making a judgement here), I was thankful for Pierce RV park. It is a really nice place with permanent residents and high end RV's. As a woman alone, I'm happy I had this option. Didn't need FHU but that feeling of safety was appreciated!

If you ever need an overnight pull through, full hook up, easy in and out campground, then, you should definitely consider Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park. Be aware that owner's dogs are running around without a leash. There is no facilities. We have a video about this campground on our YouTube Summertime RV Rovers channel - 4 Great Campgrounds in North Carolina. We stayed there in our Super C Dynamax DX3. We camped at Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park in a Motorhome.
