Right off highway and about 20 minutes to West Yellowstone and entrance to park. Nice level sites with, I think, enough room between. Didn’t even look into showers so can’t comment. Manager very nice and accommodating. Laundry is large and is used by residents in the nearby town. WiFi is ok. Satellite reception is great. No cable or antenna reception.

The only grocery stores are in West Yellowstone as well as other stores. There is a gas station next door but you can save 20 cents a gallon in town.

There is a state park and lake as well as camping across highway so plenty for boaters and fishing.

The price reflects a Passport America rate in September.
While waiting to go to our site in Yellowstone we caught up with laundry, etc at this great park.
Managers are fantastic! Friendly and genuinely happy to have you as their guest.
Clean restrooms and laundry area. Pretty views all around. Will put on my list for a longer stay next summer! On route 20 so some noise but not too bad.

About 35 minutes to West Yellowstone entrance. Huge laundry facility. Clean with level sites. Staff is friendly and helpful. Water pressure is low while watering the grass. Some road noise but not bad. Easy access to local areas. Biking, hiking and fishing within 30 minutes of RV park.

This RV Park is nothing special, but serves the purpose of being a 20 minute drive to the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It’s situated right off the highway, so the first couple rows have to worry about road noise. We were in the fourth row back (D) and it wasn’t an issue. There is a nice view of the hillside behind the park. It’s very windy here, so we did not hang out outside much.

They have laundry on site, which we appreciated. Each site has a large grassy area with a picnic table. Our site was level. The staff were friendly.

Wide grassy and level sites. Some road noise but not too bad.

My biggest complaint is the lack of WiFi as advertised. We had pretty good connection for a couple of days then zip. When I asked the office WHY the answer was - the pole blew down and it is unknown when it will get repaired. Still not working the day we left.

BUT - the staff were the best ever. Thanks to Ed and Sean.

We stayed here one night to “recharge” our batteries, both literally and figuratively. Called them around 7:30pm in the evening on a Tuesday and they happened to be in the office and was able to take my call and reservation. The lovely lady working that night showed us to our spot and was super welcoming. It was a nice park with astounding mountain views. The sewer and water were easy to connect and they had 20-50amp at all sites. I didn’t purchase any myself but I saw they had propane on site.

Located at the northern end of Island Park, between mountains on both the east and west side, this campground is about a 25-minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Exit the highway where the sign for Valley View Laundry is located: the office for the campground is located inside the laundromat. After you check-in, you’ll be escorted to your campsite by golf cart.

All of the full-hookup sites are pull-throughs, with gravel pads and ample swaths of grass between sites. Our site was fairly level, but a few sites sloped down a bit at the very front. There is a large grass field in the back corner of the park that serves as an overflow dry camping lot, and it was well-occupied during most of our stay.

While there is no true dog park (there is a pet area but it’s not enclosed and is not an off-leash area), there are plenty of grassy areas for walking dogs. Prairie dog-like creatures called pocket gophers inhabit the open spaces in the back of the campground, providing our dogs with a lot of holes to investigate and/or trip over.
During our stay, campground staff were building a playground area with two disc golf baskets and a dome of metal bars for climbing.

The laundromat is available to campers and has both an ATM and a change machine. There is a propane refill station at the front of the campground, and there is a gas station with convenience store next door. Obtaining groceries requires either a drive to West Yellowstone or a drive south through Island Park.

In terms of cell service, the best speeds I got on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna during our stay were 50Mbps down and 20Mbps up, and we had no troulbe steaming video at any point during our stay. The one speed test I did with my AT&T phone showed 46Mbps down and 12 up.

We did not try the campground WiFi, nor did we make use of the bathhouse, which was being renovated during part of our stay.

Although it wasn’t cheap to stay there, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The CG waas above your average CG. That said it was not worth $96/night. Lucky for me I was boondocking for the past few weeks and I could afford a one night stay.
Check in was easy but they have rules. You MUST agree to the online rules. Easier if you do this before you arrive. They also give you a rule listing on the CG map at check in. A host will escort you to your site. Everyone seemed friendly enough. They have FHU sites and also a boondocking section that people actually pay for. And that section was almost full from the looks of it. The FHU site were definitely full
Bathhouse was newly renovated and nice. You'll need a combo to get in.
I had to raise my front tires off the ground but I could get level. For one night it wasn't bad but the most sites seemed to have a slope to them.
Possibly one of the hardest bear proof garbage containers I've ever had to operate. But I got'er done after some work.
Good ATT Better Verizon. Big Red was 35 DL and 35 UL. I gobbled up 8 Gb while I was there for one night. They also had their own wifi but no telling how good it was. With my speeds tested I used my cellular.
Good water pressure but oh the water is so hard. I did a regen of my softener before using it.
You're a little over 10 miles to the entrance to Yellowstone so as they say location location location. My FREE boondocking site was all of 7 miles down the road and like i said that was free. Free is better than almost $100 a night IMO. But I was in need of a boondocking break and I used my full allotment of 50 amp electric with AC and laundry loads all day and night.
They do have a laundry on site with a full assortment of different machines.
I dinged them on the noise as you are close to the highway and the highway is quite busy. It does calm down after 8 PM but seemed to start up again around 5 AM.
Overall a good stop to refresh after a long stint of boondocking. But I was expensive and full.

Only a 30 minute ride to Yellowstone. It was a little less convenient that West Yellowstone, but they had campsites where other campgrounds did not. It was pricey for what was there. Sites are mostly pull through with gravel/dirt. Be careful walking as the ground is full of ground squirrel holes.

30/50 amp service was reliable. No cable and wifi was not reliable. Dog park was not enclosed so we couldn’t let our dog run loose.

The staff was friendly and were ready to lend a hand where needed.
