Paid $24 + $6 for towed vehicle. Stayed Tuesday night, lots of open sites, only 3 pull thrus in the whole campground though. Potable water from spigots by the pit toilets Very quiet, great lake, easy access to town. Dump station is reportedly at the wastewater treatment facility, L on 9, L on Swan mountain rd, then immediate L into wastewater treatment facility. Will check it out in the morning. Very sunny, not much shade, sites have fire ring and picnic table.

Love this campground! I’ve heard it’s crowded from January-April, but in October it’s blissfully quiet and you have your pick of a multitude of spaces, all with electric. Potable water is available as well as a dump station. Self-register until December or so. Saguaro National Park is just a few miles down the road, and Tucson is just down the mountain, although lots of places in Tucson are not fully open due to Covid. A wonderful spot to relax and get away from it all.

Arrived on a Thursday evening, lots of available spaces, very quiet, tons of coyotes yipping at night so watch your pets. Friday evening the campground filled to capacity, loud talking and squealing/giggling until 4am. Full on Saturday too, but music turned off at 10 and it was fairly quiet. Many spots have partial shade, water is available at each campsite but rules says you are not to “hook up”. Potable water available at dump station. Very clean and well maintained. About 30 minute drive from Las Vegas.
