There is a separate lot for bus/rv parking. It has an interesting mix of overnighters. Some travelers needing a safe place for one night and some long-term, maybe houseless folks. As a single woman I felt safe for the night. Otherwise a typical Cracker Barrel with a lot of traffic noise and the usual CB menu. I am grateful to have this option for an overnight.

State Park is a natural respite from the strip malls and attractions of Orlando, although traffic noise from US 27 pervades and nightly fireworks from Disney are disturbing.
Campground sits on an isthmus between two lakes. Sites are relatively large and some have shrubs for privacy. All have water and electricity. Sites 16-18, 20, and 30-40 have FHU. A rather extensive trail system has connectors from campground. Canoe, kayak, and SUP are available for rent on Hammond lake. Bathhouses are modern and clean with laundries at each.
