We stayed here several nights in June 2021. Overall it is an older park but fairly well maintained. Staff were really friendly. We had a pull through site and was pretty good size.

It is in a bit of an industrial area right across the street from the beach and beautiful Morro Rock. The only drawback for us was that it is right next to the wastewater treatment plant. Because the temp is usually cool we didn't smell anything.

It is in great proximity to the harbor area and there are great bike paths so be sure to bring your bikes!
