“Taste and enjoy biodynamic wines on the shores of Lake Wanaka.”

Home to some of Central Otago's oldest vines, the family owned and farmed Rippon lies on the shores of Lake Wanaka, just five minutes drive from Wanaka township. Set against a backdrop of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps, the Mills family invite you to share in their history, community, story and wines.

The tasting is relatively informal, with 5-7 wines are available daily, mainly of their current vintages. Individuals and small groups (six or fewer people) are welcome to visit the Cellar Door and taste freely during normal open hours.

There is no set tasting fee, however there is an ongoing Native Habitat Restoration programme on the farm to which any and all contributions are most welcome. Groups of seven or more must book in advance for a private tasting.
