Your flight will start with a breathtaking ride over Mt Taranaki, before heading over the ranges and New Plymouth. Following the coast to the Tongaporutu River you will then travel inland up the Hutuwai wetland to the Matapeka Falls for your first stop with enough time for a walk or a swim.
It will then be time to head north to the Mangatoi Station on the Mokau River. Here you will get a tour and a great lunch prepared by Matt Newton and the stories of how the station operates today. It will then be time to pack up and head back.
