“This house on the shores of Lake Te Anau is designed to be your little piece of luxury during your stay here.”

Whether the sun is shining, or whether mother nature is throwing everything she has at you, its a place to reflect, to share stories and to form friendships to last a lifetime.

Enjoy a complimentary breakfast served at our dining area beautiful views of the surrounding Fiordland and Te Anau Lake. We provide a range of New Zealand products in our continental breakfast. We also provide a hot breakfast on request from our local produce menu.

Nathan, the owner, is a dyed-in-wool South Islander with a penchant for the outdoors and old-fashioned hospitality. There’s no better person to have in your corner when visiting Te Anau – especially if you plan on arranging outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, free diving or snorkling . Nathan is a carpenter by trade. In fact, he even designed and built the very house that his guests stay in.
