Very steep sand cliffs, high waves - a nice place for a photo. Swimming here is very dangerous and therefore prohibited. There's a wide variety of gemstones, such as saphire, jasper, rodingite, epidote. And hydrogrossular, which has been used by Maori for the manufacture of stone tools.
