Koutu Lodge is situated on the south shore of the Hokianga Harbour.  It is 5 minutes drive from Opononi.  About 4.3 km from Opononi towards Kaikohe,  you turn left into Koutu Loop Road.  You drive for 2.3 km and then you can see our sign "Koutu Lodge" on the right of the road.  We are as well close to the towns of Omapere and Waima. Our  lounge has the most spectacular view of the Hokianga Harbour,  right across to the sand dunes over to the other side of the crystal clear waters of the Harbour.
