“See 6 sculptures in the garden”

The Botanic Garden walk consists of 6 sculptures including New Zealand's only Henry Moore sculpture, Bronze Form.

The terrain is hilly and will take you around the lower half of the Botanic Garden, past the Rose garden, Begonia House, Picnic cafe and Met Office.

You can access the walk from several parts of the Garden, however if coming from the city we recommend taking the Cable Car up from Lambton Quay, the entrance is opposite Grey Street.

The return walk from the Cable Car will take 30 - 45 minutes.

Sculptures on the walk include:

Body to Soul, Mary-Louise Browne

Bronze Form, Henry Moore

Green Islands, Regan Gentry

Peacemaker, Chris Booth

Listening and Viewing Device, Andrew Drummond

Rudderstone, Dennis O'Connor
