Uniquely situated, nestled in a bay overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Seaward Kaikoura Mountain Range. Kaikoura is spoilt for choice with a busy café and restaurant in the town Centre or choose between one of the two  top rated restaurants located just around the corner. The Point farm originally covered 600 acres of farmland and ran 2000 sheep. Today we have 90 acres and run 300 Drysdale sheep on the farm which forms part of the Kaikoura Peninsula. While staying at The Point come and see the sheep shearing show and catch up with the famous "Ram Man"; he eats out of the palm of your hand, ask about our inhouse special rate to see the show. Enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape of Kaikoura with a walk to the Seal Colony and around the Peninsula walkways.
