This property is an excellent addition to the accommodation options in Napier. A mixture of historic character and modern convenience. The views from the sea facing rooms are excellent. A five minute drive to the centre of Napier city central. Distance 3 kms to city centre 10 kms to the airport (napier airport) 441 kms to the airport (auckland airport) 40 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 3 km to the nearest fair site (war memorial centre) Close to the beach Rooms There is a variety of room types. The Studio room types all have a balcony and some have sea views though these are limited. A good size and in excellent condition as they were built in 2006. A modern light colour scheme with silver grey bedspreads. Bathrooms are furnished to a high standard and are medium in size and predominantly shower only. There is two studio rooms in the historic part of the building, these are slightly larger and have a bathtub as well as shower. Restaurant Milk and Honey Restaurant - located on the waterfront which is open daily from 7am-9pm and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Closed on Sunday evenings for dinner) Exterior The hotel is in two parts. The historic part of the building is a two storey Art deco building with a cream and brown facade. The modern wing is three storeys built in 2006 and is in a light sand coloured concrete finish. Lobby A small lobby located in the historic building.
