Enthusiastic new owners will make your stay memorable. We are located just 5min from Christchurch International Airport. We offer a FREE shuttle service to and from the airport by pre-arrangement. This is available 24 hours per day. We are perfect for those late night landings and early morning flights. We also offer a park and fly service at a cost of $3 per day. We are situated on the Main Road north and south and near the intersection to the West Coast. This is also the main route to many ski-fields, including Mt Hutt and Porters Pass. Many attractions are nearby including the International Antarctic Centre, Orana Wildlife Park and Willowbank Wildlife Reserve. We are just 1 km from Riccarton Racecourse which also stages the Riccarton Markets every Sunday. This large open air market has numerous food stalls and craft stalls. We are 5 minutes drive to Ruapuna Raceway for motor racing and just a short drive to golf courses at Russley, Clearwater, Templeton, Harewood, Coringa and McLeans Island. The city bus stop is outside motel. Shopping centers and restaurants are located within ten minutes at Hornby, Bush Inn and Riccarton. A 24 hour Caltex Star mart is located 50 meters. This complex has 19 modern units consisting of family units, executive suits with spa bath, studio units, interconnecting units and two accessible units. We also have a two bedroom town house with a spa bath and its own private garden and BBQ. PLEASE NOTE: SHUTTLE DOES NOT OPERATE ON CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY AND BOXING DAY ALSO SHUTTLE DOES NOT OPERATE NEW YEARS EVE AND NEW YEARS DAY. Children above the age of 2 years will be charged $15 to share existing bedding.
