A totally unique tandem cycle that allows you to pedal side-by-side along the actual rails! This is the best thing to do in Gisborne! No balancing or steering required, just relax and take in our spectacular east coast scenery! The Railbike is so incredibly easy to use, comfortable smooth and silent. This is a must do trail experience for all outdoor enthusiasts! A moderate fitness level is required. All bookings must be made online by 9pm the day before the ride. please note: bookings require two riders per railbike

Fantastic! A must do experience if you’re in Gisborne. We did the half-day ‘beach loop’ trip which was great. It took in a variety of landscapes, a 1.5km tunnel and a fabulous coastal outlook. The bikes are very easy to ride - standard and e-bikes available. Very little physical effort required.
