Waihi Beach Produce Market

The Waihi Beach Fresh Produce Market happens every Sunday in summer from Labour weekend until Easter opposite the Waihi Beach Hotel between 9am and 12 noon. A Sunday tradition for locals and visitors, the markets add flavour and character to Waihi Beach and provides the opportunity to both buy and sell locally. There is a wide variety of fresh produce from avocados to watermelon, freshly baked breads, herbs and lettuces, tomatoes, organic blueberries, strawberries & asparagus in season, free range pork, bacon & sausages, salamis, local cheeses, smoked fish, locally made olive oils, plants of most vegetable types, fresh flowers, samosas and much more.
