Our units are the largest of their kind in Rotorua offering spacious living with self-contained accommodation and private spa in each. Our radiator heaters and hot water are all heated via Rotorua's geothermal activity providing excellent heating 24/7 all year round. Our rooms are always warm!

What our guests love the most, is the space. Our units range from 62-92m2 providing plenty of room for Mum and Dad to relax and watch Sky TV while the kids can watch a DVD upstairs - not that we like to encourage TV watching in Rotorua.
