Done for over 3000 years and strong from mixing ancient tradition with modern cuisine, the crêpe nowadays has been done, redone and overdone, often in the wrong way.. Ransom of it's own success, the number of crêpe places, specially in France, have quadrupled in the last 20 years, giving birth to mainstream, often poor quality products, far from the crêperies of Brittany and Montmartre that once made this awesome food's reputation!  It's a bit sad to say, but some of the best French crêpes you will eat are often overseas, where chefs will do their best to give you the real deal... From the composition of our batter to the time and temperature of cooking, we do our very best to provide you the ultimate crêpe. On the go, eating in a nice cosy bistro atmosphere or simply by purchasing our products and bringing them home, our aim is to share with you the passion we have for this ancestral food, using only what the country as best to offer, from gluten free organic buckwheat flour, to free range eggs or NZ Regal smoked salmon.
