There is a small bar/snacks on board if you must. Nice way to get to Isla Mujeres. Clean, A/C below, usually on the way back they have some sort of talented musician. They send a can around near the end. Tip if you feel good about it.
The round trip cost is $19 per person to go to the island and back. The ferry gets you there in about 20 minutes. I suggest to ride on top of the boat on the outdoor deck, you get way more fresh air outside
