Sunshine Suite

Located on the Caribbean coast of Playa del Carmen, Sunshine Suite offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the centre and boasts excellent sea views. This fully equipped studio is air-conditioned and comes with a seating area with a flat-screen TV. It is cleaned daily, and guests also enjoy a private terrace and a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. A host of seaside restaurants and bars can be found within a 3-minute walk. The city’s popular 5th Avenue, which offers shopping and dining, is a mere 500 metres away. Guests can also book private dinners served on the terrace, which include a dedicated waiter. The Xcaret Eco-park is a 30-minute drive from Sunshine Suite, while Cancun’s International Airport is 50 km away. A deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking. A damage deposit of 200 USD is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the studio has been checked.
