At Maximo Bistro Local we share our passion for local cuisine, seeking inspiration from fresh and delicious products sourced directly from Mexico City markets. We will satisfy even the most demanding of palates. We offer a unique experience that will delight you every time you come. Our menu changes daily based on the most vibrant ingredients we find at the markets. It’s very important to us to support our local markets. For this reason, all the furnishings, plates, every last detail (even the napkins) have been crafted by fair trade artisans.
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Mexico City. The epitome of understated elegance carries through from the atmosphere to the food. I've been a bunch for both lunch and dinner and the execution and service have been spot-on every single time. I can't recommend anything specific because their menus change daily and everything is good, they do a great job with both seafood and meat, the waters are really delicious and refreshing. Really nice date spot too! Make sure to reserve a table about a week in advance though, they fill up really, really quickly.
