This elegant air-conditioned villa has a lounge with flat-screen cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There are 5 bathrooms, including a master bathroom with a spa bath. Daily maid service is provided, while a concierge service is available at an extra cost. Staff can arrange meal delivery and car or bicycle rental. Free parking is offered on site. Serenata 2 is set in a gated community with 2 golf courses, a residents’ beach club, a luxury spa and the Punta Mita Tennis and Fitness Centre. Restaurants can be found within a 15-minute drive. A damage deposit equal to the price of 1 night is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
