La Pila Balneario RV Park

A very large farm with 2 pools, lawns, stages etc. The front is industrial, go through to the back camping area. but the 2 times we’ve stayed here we’ve been the only campers. Trick to the showers: find the flash heater, gas on, pvc valves on, switch on( lower right side on bottom), block the wind, and have someone switch it off and back on if it goes into siesta mode if windy. The pool is Olympic size, mosaic tiles. Super quiet and close to food and Leys. The pool will make you think about staying longer.... WiFi is good especially near the office. I don’t know if they have a RV. Dump. Have water and power. It can get dusty. We park east of the big tree as you drive in. Kind of in the road- that no one uses- but the shade is good.

Noise level is worse. We’re away from the hwy noise but the house on the property here has dogs that bark all night, maybe because the residents ( They work here? One came over to collect money and register us earlier) are partying. It’s 3:30 AM and the music is still on. If we stop here again we might try the RV site north of here.

The pool is awesome. WiFi works. I was disappointed about the fiesta all night, but it was Saturday night. It’s remoteness makes it secure.
