Full hook ups at each site, which is marked out on the gravel lot. Staff and other longer term residents were very friendly. Access to the beach and the ocean is right there. Also easy access to the small town. Showers are available; scruffy but warm. Pro Tip: Fill up with water before crossing into Mexico.

Private beach! Most spaces were generous, all were level and utilities are placed in the rear. Water pressure was low, at times, but clean. Owners were very sweet and locals are the nicest folks. The RV park provides 24 hour security to keep vendors out of the park and off the private beach.
This park caters to large caravans; if your group is 10 or more, you get a 10% discount on each site plus a FREE site on the beach for your group gathering. Also, the owners can hook you up with local vendors. Many of us had our rigs washed/waxed (about $80 US). There are also body/repair service vendors who can do minor/major repair work; their work is excellent (they repair & paint right at your site...our rig now looks like new for a fraction of the cost in the US).
Tips: Get a massage on the beach! Visit the Seashell Museum (only open on Fridays). Jessy's Seafood has excellent fresh seafood (and his scales are accurate); avoid buying it in the Malecon (they use weighted scales and the seafood can be less than fresh). If buying seafood to take back to the US, pick it up at the Seafood Wholesale Market (the prices are very good and its all flash frozen immediately after catch; boxed and ready to go).
Note: Although the campground has quiet hours starting at 9pm, there is a local bar, just down the street, that can be loud on Friday & Saturday nights.

Great beach for walking, very few people. Spaces were average, level and utilities are placed in the rear. Park is big rig friendly but these sure make the spaces tight. Water pressure was low, at times, but clean. Owners were friendly and accommodating. We had to move because could not reach the electric pole even with our long cord. The RV park provides RV wash and wax for only $90. Repair services from locals is available. There are restaurants in walking distance but expect to pay US prices for meals. Not much local hiking available but great beach for walks. For avid walkers, town in only 1,5 miles from park.

If you are looking for a long quiet beach, a friendly community, a small intimate swimming pool, bar, spa experience then you will love this place. If you’re looking forward to a top tier resort with boutiques, a huge party scene, and luxury this isn’t for you. It’s a little ways from the strip but that was fine by us. We settled into this friendly community pretty quickly. We’d walk to Manny’s for dinner and then back to hang at the small bar at the park. Many folks have been returning years here and we liked that family feel.
We were parked in the back, full service, level spot.
