The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 10:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. Outside of these times assistance is available by calling the guest services number found on the Booking Confirmation. On Saturdays and Sundays reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00. Between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 room keys can be collected from the security team located in the main University library. From June to September, reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00 seven days a week. Outside of these times room keys can be collected from our security team located in the main University library. Check-in is located at the East Accommodation Centre, Bath, BA2 7PD - Woodland Court Reception located within the East car park. During the month of January, breakfast will start at 09:00 all week. Set in 200 acres of landscaped grounds at Claverton Down, the University of Bath offers accommodation just a 5-minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bath city centre. The university offers free WiFi and chargeable on-site parking. Guests can explore the university campus and enjoy views over Bath. Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A hot breakfast is included for all bookings, and is served in the Lime Tree restaurant, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. Vending machines, as well as shared, basic kitchens are available to guests. Sports facilities are on offer for an additional charge. The University of Bath has a regular bus service, which departs from the campus at 10-minute intervals, making it the perfect base to explore the city and surrounding area. Bath Spa Railway Station is a short 10-minute drive away. The University operates a pay and display parking system, but discounted parking permits are available to all guests at a cost of GBP 5.50 for up to 7 days.
