“Serving fun British food in a beautiful atmosphere with lovely people”
Following the successful relocation of the much loved Hibiscus Restaurant from Shropshire to London in 2007, Claude Bosi re-entered the pub scene by opening the Fox & Grapes in Wimbledon in February 2011. Under the management of Claude's brother Cedric, the Fox and Grapes continues to flourish, whilst Claude spends the majority of his time creating 2 Michelin star cooking at Hibsicus. In January 2013 Claude and Cedric opened the Malt House in Fulham. Heading up the kitchen is former Hibiscus Head Chef Marcus McGuinness. Like the Fox & Grapes, the Malt House sources the ingredients for its classic British dishes from the same list of independent suppliers favoured by Hibiscus, echoing Claude's support for small farmers and producers. Make more of your visit to the Malt House by staying in one of our six luxurious en-suite King Size bedrooms. Choose from The Copper, The Kiln, The Maltings, Bushel, Barley or Hops. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and drinks in the pub then head upstairs for a great night's sleep.
