A surcharge of EUR 30 will be charged for key collection between 20:00 and 24:00, and a surcharge of EUR 50 for key collection between 24:00 and 08:00. Check-in 45 minutes after the set time will carry a EUR15 charge. Please note that if you pay the security deposit in cash, a member of the staff will travel to the apartment to return it and it incurs in a EUR 20 charge. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
