Lovely campground right on the bay with a view of Victoria (beautiful at night!) Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is a common building where some groups were gathering, and there are two elevated outdoor areas - one overlooking Victoria, one to view the sunset. You can easily bike into Victoria using designated bike lanes, or walk along the waterfront path. Float planes enter the harbor by flying almost directly over the campground which was a lot of fun to watch!

Watching floatplanes, eagles, water taxis, and seals never gets old! Staff was super welcoming and friendly, they keep this place in tip-top shape. We used the (free & hot) showers daily and were impressed at how clean they are.
During our stay we walked into Victoria (about 40 min. each way) along the Westbay Walkway - a gorgeous, meandering waterfront promenade. Our site faced directly east and captured the most spectacular sunrises, views of the inner harbor, boat traffic, and float planes, etc. This RV Park is pet friendly, quiet, clean, and a great location. We have ZERO complaints and can’t think of anything this place could do better. It’s about as close to perfect as we have experienced in all our years of RV’ing. WOW! We will absolutely return here... totally worth the cost ($83 CAD) for a waterfront site.

We stayed here about 4 years ago and I canʻt remember the rate. It is expensive and a parking lot, but your canʻt beat the location. We were right on the water, which was beautiful. The harbor water taxi comes to a pier very close by so we took the water taxi across the harbor where the downtown waterfront is and walked back the 2 or so miles on the awesome waterfront walkway after dinner. I donʻt know if I would do that walk after dark as a single woman, but it was fine as a pair.
The location was perfect as you are right on the water and the skyline at night is amazing. Plus we had a early check in the the Black Ball Ferry Line back to Washington. The RV park is right near a houseboat community that is fun to walk around.

It's not too often you find a great site within walking distance to a fantastic town — but that's exactly what we stumbled upon here in Victoria. Easy to walk, drive, or water taxi your way to downtown. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and ultra-clean facilities. Already looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Easily bikeable into downtown Victoria, and with a little more effort you can walk it along the West Bay Walking Path (bikes not allowed). The sites are all right next to each other, but that's to be expected in a park that's surrounded by water and a marina in a downtown-adjacent area. The new common entertaining area was great -- nice couches, big tables, BBQs, TV, etc. The showers and laundry room were top notch. So was the service. I loved this place.

Great view of the harbor! There is a walkway go along the water front which will take you directly into inner harbor. Cruise ships will be on the right side as you facing the water. It’s probably the best city glamping campground

Spent 2 days here, would love 3 next time. Took city bus into down town and walked back. Happy hour at Boom and Batten. It was very good. Also went into Spinnakers for a cocktail. They are always good. Lot 14 was amazing $125/night incl tax
