Perfect for an overnighter. Site host was friendly. Right off the hwy, quite quiet considering it’s proximity. We were parked by a little creek that runs along the back. No charge for showers or wifi with site.

The manager was very nice, no complaints there. But this looks like a zombie park with empty campers and modular homes mostly. It’s close to the freeway and close to a major shopping area. Above average traffic and train noise but that’s to be expected with the close proximity to the freeway. The site has mature trees, next to a nice waterway on the plus side. Bathroom was a total nightmare; better than no bathroom, but just barely. That all said, there are limited choices in this area so you can’t be too snarky.
