Called ahead same day and reserved a site, but had to arrive before office closed. Site was level and clean with a large wooden deck. Full hookup. Nice office staff (spoke English). Although near busy road, surprisingly quiet. Didn't hear planes or trains.
About 20 minutes to Downtown Montreal. Wow the traffic! The construction! The detours! It's like they decided to reconstruct every road all at once. Nerve-racking driving...But ultimately worth it.

I got tired approaching Montreal and thought I would stop for a night with full hookup to get a few projects done. I got lucky and found this park. It is a quiet oasis near a busy thoroughfare, very handy to Montreal if you avoid rush hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including minding my dog as I backed in. It's a small park, with a family atmosphere to it. Most of the sites are occupied by seasonal campers. There is a small pool, a playground for the kids and a bathroom/shower and I presume laundry facility. It is very close to stores to stock up on supplies, restaurants and everything I needed to finish my projects. I enjoyed it so much I extended a day to install a bidet in my bathroom and to rest, read a book and watch a ball game. The park WIFI was outstanding - best I've ever experienced. Great cell coverage (Rogers 5G at 4 bars)
In short, this is a good place to relax and renew. If I was going to explore Montreal, I would make this park my home base.

Water pressure is around 10 psi that is too low. So no matter where you take shower in your RV or in their shower room, the water is “dripping”.. Other than that, this campground is okay
I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #33, a FHU, BI site for $ /night with all fees. Roads were gravel and the site was gravel and grass. It was easy to navigate once I got through the front entrance. The sites were pretty close together similar to many private campgrounds. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get into some of the sites in the middle of the campground. This site was easy due to a large parking area right across from the site. It allowed me to pull around a corner and then just go straight back in. There is a large wooden platform that held the picnic table. The site was very level and the hookups were at the back so a longer water hose and sewer line was needed. There was partial shade at the site which was needed. The bathrooms were by the pool (didn’t use) and the laundry looked sketchy. Connectivity: 3 bars LTE with Verizon international, lots of OTA channels and wifi which was ok. The park was very convenient to shopping and gas. It was about 30 minutes to the Metro station which made it easy to get around Montreal (I got a 3 day pass). There is much to see and do in the city. I had a fabulous time there. If you can, go see the Aura Experience at Notre Dame Cathedral. I’ve never seen anything like it. While the campground was convenient and the pool was nice, there wasn’t anything really notable about this campground.
