Cowan Canoe &Kayak Livery, located at the junction of the Teeswater and Saugeen Rivers in heart of Paisley for the past 25 years, is a family owned and operated business. We offer sales, repair and rental of canoes and kayaks. Our rental fleet of over 100 stable, high-quality canoes and kayaks is the largest in the area. With a trailer capacity of one hundred boats, Cowan Canoe& Kayak Livery also caters to large group events and races throughout the province. Excellent customer service is our greatest strength. Our friendly, accommodating staff, assisted launch, and flexible shuttle arrangements guarantee customer satisfaction. As Paisley is ideally situated midway between Walkerton and Southampton on the people-friendly Saugeen River, Cowan customers can choose from a number of river access points from which to launch and take out. Paddling times vary from approximately 2-8 hrs. upstream or downstream of Paisley. While advance reservations are strongly advised, no deposit is required when booking and no penalty is charged for cancellation.
