The bear was left at the London Zoo while its owner, Captain Colbourn, and his regiment was shipped into battle in France during World War One.Winnie the Pooh Park has 25 foot statue of Pooh and an annual Winnie’s Hometown Festival in late August.

Exactly as pictured. It’s not a huge place, but there is the monument in the cover photo, parking, a playground/park, and a little info building with washrooms and a bunch of Pooh Bear memorabilia/collectibles on display. Quick stop
