This is a busy KOA, jam packed with kid and family friendly amenities. Two jumping pillows, mini golf, daily wagon rides, two pools (one indoor, one outdoor), adult only hot tubs and sauna, bike rentals, playground, daily crafts, a well stocked camp store, etc.
The Deluxe Patio sites are very nice, although all sites are pretty sardined in. You should have room to put out your awning at any site though. There are tent only sites grouped together also. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. Sites are level.
The campground is on Lundy's Lane, a busy road dotted with campgrounds and hotels and conveniences. The Red Line bus runs along Lundy's at regular intervals to the downtown Falls area, and it is very convenient to hop on the bus when touring that area. You can purchase bus tickets in the campground office. Just be sure to cross the street from the KOA when catching the bus downtown!
We had great Starlink reception from our site, but there are some trees dotting the campground so this might not be true for every site. We did not test the park's WiFi, but expect it would be slow based on the number of Americans visiting this campground.

One of the best KOAs I've visited. A large park with mostly paved and some gravel roads and mostly gravel sites. Well maintained facilities, friendly staff. Lot's of KOA-Holiday amenities including kids activity. The road in front of the park is a little weathered but the location can't be beat, a few miles/kilometers from the Falls. I was thankful they permitted me to wash my camper. Good ATT mobile service

We were suspect that this campground was located in a residential neighborhood but once we arrived we found the KOA had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The KOA was clean, site was level, hook-ups maintained, bathrooms & showers were clean & well maintained. The campground is gated with 24/7 security. Great facilities for kids & families. A restful sleep!

If u have kids it’s great!! So much to do for kids! My only complaint ( and it may have just been because of weather ) we could not get the Wi-Fi to work for us. Our phones or computers nothing would work with it. But it was not a problem we went and too the WeGo bus to the falls. It was very easy to jump on and off . At the falls they do fireworks at 10pm and we got to watch that and get back on the bus to take us back.
Also did laundry.. they do take quarters! $2 to wash $2 to dry.

Great Place For Kids! We have been to this KOA many times and it is a perfect spot to explore the Niagara Region. From the jumping pillow, to organized activities, multiple pool options and great dining on site, we recommend this park to anyone for a quick overnight or a longer stay
had a lovely time, felt very secure, close to the falls and close to the border crossing. 3 pools an indoor pool and whirlpool, outside kiddie pool and deep pool
Wish I could give them 10 stars! We had a nice patio site for our 4 night stay. The Niagara Falls KOA has lots of activities for the kids and the 4 legged kids.
Very nice campground with an exceptional staff. The sites were large and spacious. Amenities were in excellent condition. I wish this campground was closer to home so I could visit them on a yearly basis.
Wish we had more time to spend here than just one evening.
